Licenses for the Installation of External Opening Structures in Buildings

The Institute, as an accredited inspection body, grants licenses to construction companies that install exterior opening structures (windows and exterior doors excluding fire-rated doors) in buildings, allowing them to perform related works. By holding this license, the holder demonstrates their competence in carrying out specialized construction works, ensuring the quality and lifespan of the project according to the specified parameters.

The granting of licenses is based on existing technical specifications for opening structures, standards for related construction works, documentation for the installation of exterior opening structures in buildings, and corresponding technological procedures.

The license is granted and potentially revoked in accordance with the internal directive of the accredited Inspection Body Type A Conditions for Granting Licenses for the Installation of Exterior Opening Structures in Buildings. Companies apply for license issuance or license renewal by submitting an application form. Completed constructions are reported using the form for reporting completed projects.
