The certification of conformity of the production management system according to Act No. 133/2013 Coll. is carried out by the institute as an authorized body SK04 if it applies to products:
- that are subject to Slovak technical standards (STN) designated for assessing parameters or SK technical assessments (SK TP);
- which require assessment and verification of parameter constancy by the System II+;
- and for which product groups the institute is authorized (the scope of authorization is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic).
The authorized body issues an SK certificate of conformity of the production management system to the manufacturer based on:
- Initial inspection of the production plant and the production management system;
- Continuing surveillance of the production management system and assessment and evaluation of the production management system.
The process of issuing the certificate begins with the acceptance of the application (downloadable form) and continues with the conclusion of the certification agreement.
