Notified bodies for the regulated area of ​​CE-marked products

Technical assessment body – member of EOTA (European Organization for Technical Assessment) authorized to issue European Technical Assessments (ETA) according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 305/2011 of March 9, 2011, establishing harmonized conditions for placing construction products on the market and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC (hereinafter CPR).
Notified body no. 1301 (scope of notification in NANDO) - according to CPR for certification of invariance of parameters, certification of conformity of the production control system and as a test laboratory.
 

Authorized bodies

Authorized body TP04 for the technical assessment of construction products (to which the CE marking does not apply) according to Act no. 133/2013 Coll. on construction products and amendments to certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 133/2013 Coll.)
Authorized body SK04 for the certification of the immutability of parameters, the certification of the conformity of the production management system of construction products and as a test laboratory according to Act no. 133/2013 Coll. (scope of authorization on the website of the MD SR).
Authorized body for the verification of specified measures, namely hardness testers for concrete, tensioning devices for prestressed concrete, force measuring machines, test sieves and steel measuring bands.

Expert organization in the field of construction, namely for the sectors: 37 01 00 Earthworks, 37 02 00 Transport structures, 37 06 00 Building physics, 37 07 00 Statics of buildings, 37 11 00 Building materials and 37 13 00 Failures of buildings.
