Notified bodies for the regulated area of products marked with CE

Technical Assessment Body – - member of EOTA (European Organization for Technical Assessment) authorized to issue European Technical Assessments (ETA) according to Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC (hereinafter referred to as CPR). Notified body No. 1301 (scope of notification in NANDO) - under CPR for certification of the constancy of performance parameters, certification of conformity of the production control system, and as a testing laboratory.

Authorized bodies

Authorized body TP04 for technical assessment of construction products (not falling under the CE marking) according to Act No. 133/2013 Coll. on construction products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 133/2013 Coll.).
Authorized body SK04 for certification of the constancy of performance parameters, certification of conformity of the production control system for construction products, and as a testing laboratory according to Act No. 133/2013 Coll (scope of authorization on the website of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic).
Authorized body for verification of specified measuring instruments, including concrete hardness testers, tensioning devices for prestressed concrete, force measuring devices, test sieves, and steel measuring tapes.

Expert organization in the field of construction, specifically for sectors: 37 01 00 Civil engineering, 37 02 00 Transportation structures, 37 06 00 Building physics, 37 07 00 Structural engineering, 37 11 00 Building materials, and 37 13 00 Building defects.
Professionally competent body for noise and vibration measurement.
Certificate of competence for conducting research and development.
